chain drive
By using a motor to drive the chain to rotate the drum, the conveying function is achieved. The conveyor line can transport heavy goods.
According to the transmission mode of the chain, it can be divided into single chain wheel large cycle transmission and small cycle transmission.
The large circulation transmission adopts a single circular chain to drive multiple rollers equipped with single chain wheels. Each roller is evenly stressed and can achieve long-distance transportation.
Small cycle transmission is equipped with double row sprockets on each drum, and the chains are sequentially transmitted in a staggered manner. The power transmitted by each drum starts from the power source, and the force on the drum gradually decreases. It can be used for short distance conveying and turning conveying.
O-belt drive
Type A: O-belts are sequentially driven in a staggered manner.
Type B: Using a motor to drive the spool, and then driving each drum with an O-ring on the spool, the power transmission distance is long.
The O-belt driven drum conveyor has a stacking function and low noise.
Drum diameter specifications: 38mm/50.8mm/60mm/etc; The center distance of the drum is 75mm/100mm/120mm/150mm; The maximum conveying speed is 30m/min (with variable frequency speed regulation); The maximum conveying length of a single machine is 15m, and the maximum carrying capacity is 100kg/m. Synchronous belt and multi belt drive
By using motors to drive synchronous belts and multi belt traction rollers to rotate, the conveying function is achieved. The conveyor line can transport heavy goods.
