The horizontal belt conveyor consists of a drive tensioning device, a belt line body, and an electrical control device. The driving tensioning device consists of a motor, a gear reducer, a motor sprocket, a driving chain, an active drum sprocket, an active drum, a driven drum, a reversing drum, a tensioning frame, a power box, and a chain cover; The belt body includes a working belt, supporting rollers (or plates), edge guards, brackets, footings (or casters), and guardrails (optional); Simple electrical control functions include start, stop, emergency stop, variable frequency speed regulation, etc.

The horizontal belt conveyor delivers smoothly, with no relative movement between the material and the conveyor belt, which can avoid damage to the conveyed material; Compared with other conveyors, it has lower noise and is suitable for working environments that require quietness.

The horizontal belt conveyor can be made very long, and a transmission distance of less than 40M can be driven by only one power device; The belt width is generally between 200MM~1200MM (maximum conveyed object width x 120%); 

The climbing belt conveyor is suitable for continuous transportation of goods between floors or height differences. For climbing belt conveyors with a small inclination angle (≤ 30 °), if the friction force on the bottom of the cargo is large enough, anti slip belts with patterns on the surface can be used; A steep slope climbing belt conveyor requires adding baffles and skirts on the belt. In order to prevent heavy cargo from reversing under gravity during shutdown, the drive motor needs to be designed with a braking function.
