The integrated machine for automatic powder removal and cleaning of jewelry castings has eight execution modules and multiple joints, which are uniformly controlled by an intelligent control system and operated visually. Compared to traditional manual operation, this all-in-one machine greatly reduces working time and improves work efficiency. When working, simply place the cooled gypsum bottle on the feeding belt 1, and the system will automatically and smoothly transport the gypsum bottle to the hydraulic demolding inlet position. Then, the cylinder will be pushed into the hydraulic demolding chamber at the hydraulic demolding inlet to push the gypsum bottle into the hydraulic demolding bin. Through hydraulic demolding, the casting and steel cylinder are separated first, and then the steel cylinder is sent to the bottle washing bin and enters the bottle washing process. The cleaned steel cylinder flows out from the outlet of the bottle washing machine; At the same time, the castings are sent into the powder removal bin and vibration powder removal begins. After powder removal, the castings will be automatically transferred out of the warehouse and handed over to the automatic flushing warehouse for high-pressure flushing. The cleaned jewelry workpieces are stored in the storage module, and an alarm is triggered to remind them to retrieve them when the storage is full. The gypsum waste generated by demoulding and powder removal is sent out to the powder receiving truck or waste storage tank through the powder receiving conveyor line, and the wastewater generated from bottle and piece washing is automatically sent to the designated recycling station. The entire recycling process adopts a fully enclosed air purification system, which effectively deals with dust, so that no dust or garbage can be seen on the work site, and will not cause any pollution to the work site.
